Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Happiness Project gear, but if you're not 100% satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
